To make a serving of Barkarita, you'll need:
- A glass or bowl
- 1 cup of crushed ice cubes (made from homemade chicken stock)
How to:
1. Pour homemade chicken stock into an ice cube tray (do not add salt!) and wait two hours.
2. Remove the cubes from the tray and crush them with a mortar and pestle or another tool of your choice.
3. Place in a glass or bowl and serve!
