Mud Brand Limited – Care & Repair Plan Terms and Conditions

Keep your pet-friendly products in top condition. For just £14.99 (1 year) or £24.99 (2 years), enjoy peace of mind with protection against accidental damage — because life with pets can be unpredictable.


Section A – What’s Included

Eligible Products

Covers the following Mud Brand products only:

  • Mud Daddy or Mud Mummy (5L, 8L, and 12L units)
  • Power Brush
  • Warm Daddy

Accidental Damage Protection

Includes protection against unexpected, unintentional damage caused during normal use.

Pet Cover

Covers accidental damage caused by pets to small parts (e.g., chewed caps or hose ends).
Claim Limit: Up to 2 approved claims per plan.

Repairs

  • Unlimited Repairs for valid claims during the coverage period.
  • Free Shipping: We’ll cover all postage costs related to repairs.
  • 7-Day Fix: We aim to repair and return your item within 7 working days of receiving it.

Product Replacement

If we cannot repair your product, it will be replaced. Once a product is replaced, the plan terminates and no further claims can be made under it.

Single Item Coverage

Each Care & Repair plan applies to only one eligible product.
If purchased with multiple eligible products in the same order, the plan will automatically apply to just one.
The product for which the first valid claim is submitted will be considered the covered item.


Section B – Plan Terms

Coverage Term

Two options available:

  • 1 Year Coverage – £14.99 (one-time payment)
  • 2 Year Coverage – £24.99 (one-time payment)

Start Date

Cover begins on the date of Care & Repair Plan purchase.

Duration

Coverage is valid for the selected term unless cancelled or the product is replaced.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Within 14 Days of Purchase (No Claim Made): Full refund available.
  • After 14 Days or if a Claim Has Been Made: No cancellation possible.

Eligibility

Available to UK residents aged 18 or over.


Section C – Maintenance Responsibility

You are responsible for basic maintenance of your product.

Section D – Claim Process

Section E – When to Purchase

  • The plan must be purchased at the same time as the product.
  • Accessories or spare parts are not eligible for coverage.
  • You must choose either the 1-year or 2-year coverage at the time of purchase.

Section G – What’s Not Covered

  • Accessories or spare parts
  • Product upgrades
  • Theft or loss
  • Neglect, misuse, or abuse
  • Deliberate or intentional damage
  • Cosmetic wear and tear from regular use
  • Commercial use
  • Damage due to severe weather, fire (unless from internal fault), or insect infestation
  • Repairs by unauthorised third parties
  • Consumable items such as bulbs, batteries, hoses, etc.

Section H – Important Information

  • This is not an insurance policy; it is a service contract (extended warranty).
  • Mud Brand Limited reserves the right to change or cancel the plan terms without prior notice.
  • No refund is issued if the product is replaced under the plan.
  • The replaced product becomes the property of Mud Brand Limited.
  • Refurbished or equivalent parts may be used in repairs.
  • No liability is accepted for any indirect or consequential losses.
