  1. Offer Limitations: 
    • Only one promotion or discount can be applied per order. 
    • Offers cannot be combined with other discounts, promotional codes, or ongoing sales. 

         

         2. Eligibility: 

      • Promotions are valid for eligible products and during the specified promotional period only. 

           

           3. Promotion Period: 

      •  The promotional time frame is limited, and the remaining time will be displayed on the promotion banner, in the description, or in specific T&Cs for your convenience. Purchases outside this timeframe will not qualify for the promotional offer.  

       

           4. Automatic Discounts: 

      • Where applicable, discounts will be applied automatically at checkout. At checkout, the best available offer will be automatically applied to your order. If a code is required, it must be entered correctly to receive the discount. 

           

           5. Returns and Refunds: 

      • Refunds for items purchased under a promotion will reflect the discounted price paid. If a free item was included, it must be returned to qualify for a refund. 

           

           6. Exclusions: 

      • Promotions may exclude certain products, categories, or collections. Check specific promotion details for exclusions. 

           

           7. Changes and Cancellations: 

      • The promoter reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or cancel promotions at any time without prior notice. 

         

           8. Acceptance of Terms:

      Terms and Conditions for "Our Gift to You"/"Festive Offers" 

      1. Offer Details:  

       

      • Bundles: Get 20% off bundles, including ready-made and "Build Your Own" bundles. The discount will be applied at checkout, if applicable. The "Build Your Own Bundle" discount is applied on the bundle builder page - no additional discount will be applied at checkout.

      • Free Antibacterial Prewash: Enjoy a free Antibacterial Prewash with the purchase of 5L, 8L, or 12L Mud Daddy or Mud Mummy units, or a Power Brush. Bundles and refurbished units are excluded. The prewash must be added to your cart.
