Yes! You can fill your Mud Daddy or Mud Mummy with warm water, but never boiling-hot water. Your unit will keep water warm for up to 2.5 hours, or 5+ hours with an Insulated Jacket — perfect for cosy, comfortable clean-ups!

No. The Mud Daddy is specifically designed to provide a gentle, controlled water flow that is kind to dogs, helps save water and is ideal for rinsing away mud and dirt. It is not a pressure washer and does not produce high-pressure water jets. Its gentle, water-efficient action makes it ideal for cleaning muddy paws, legs and coats without overwhelming your dog.

We recommend starting with approximately 20–30 pumps to build up the water pressure before use. The number of pumps may vary depending on how much water is in the tank and the desired water flow. Pump until you feel resistance, but never force the pump beyond its natural stopping point.

Muddy Walk. Clean car. Clean house.

The Mud Daddy® Original 12L is the quick rinse for paws and legs after shorter walks. It’s compact enough to live in the boot. Fill it, pump the cap and wash.

No motor, no battery, no plug. It runs on water pressure alone, so it’s completely silent and even nervous dogs stay calm.

Fill it with warm water for a comfortable rinse after a cold walk, or cold water to cool your dog down on hot days. For a deeper clean, add Mud Daddy antibacterial pre-wash to the tank.

Winter care

Below freezing? Empty the water from the brush after use and bring it indoors. Water left inside can freeze and crack the handle or brush head.
