What’s Covered? 

Marked as Delivered but Not Received 
If your parcel is marked as delivered but hasn’t turned up, we’ll investigate and aim to offer a resolution, such as a reshipment or refund, within 5-7 working days. 

Damaged Items 
If your order arrives visibly damaged or unusable, we’ll assess and provide a fair solution, which may include a replacement or refund. 

Undelivered Orders 
If tracking hasn't updated after 10 working days, we’ll step in to investigate and provide next steps without unnecessary delay.
